When a shop employee hands a qualified, appointment-set, pre-sold commercial lead: 5% of GP flat. No bonuses. Customer already sold — this is coordination pay.

Variable Pay (Trailer / Box Truck / Marine)
Labor % of revenue. Target: approximately equivalent to XL Van payout for similar work volume.Benchmark: XL Van = $625 / 18hrs ≈ $34.70/hr

Box Truck Cab Add-on Rule
